Best Community Relations Campaign
Campaign highlights community benefits of construction project
Art, technology, diversity, and other components of a unique local culture were front and center in this neighborhood campaign.
It’s tough to pitch yet another housing development in a region where they have become commonplace.
Rather than sell attributes of its client’s development to potential buyers, Publicon Public Relations
crafted a campaign for Nacarat Poland
that focused on the community and the ways the development would contribute to the already rich culture in the neighborhood where the project was built.
After careful analysis, the agency developed a unique approach to building interest in the new housing development. A potent mix of online, real-world, and event-focused tactics garnered the campaign top honors in the Best Community Relations Campaign category of Ragan’s 2014 PR Daily Awards.
Paying attention to the grassroots culture of the area, the campaign highlighted art, design, and diversity, creatively delivering its message through various channels. The results aligned perfectly with the goals.
We congratulate the team that produced this visually stunning and effective campaign: Marcin Czarniak (Publicon); Eugene Houx and Katarzyna Unold (Nacarat); and Katarzyna Unold, Anna Patyk, and Bartosz Zięba (MPP).
