Visuals, Emotions and Hashtags Combine for Stellar Social Media Campaign
Involving employees in integrated campaign lent an authentic, personal touch
Engaging agents and employees lent an aura of authenticity to an image-driven campaign for American Family Insurance
The components brought to bear in this campaign – from engaging internal staff to promoting content through paid ads – propelled it from common to extraordinary.
Customers and fans responded enthusiastically to the emotional appeal of the campaign, evident throughout all the channels employed. The fact that the campaign was image-focused demonstrates and understanding of the changing nature of the social media landscape, and making it particularly easy for agents to share different images with their customers was a master stroke.
