Very insightful for me, a not so "early adopter" to LinkedIn, and I may try to add my own contact to Chuck's expansive list as I work to implement my own strategy based on his very helpful shared experiences and pointers. Also - I am increasingly looking to and appreciating Ragan's best-in-class expertise on social media, so thanks for that interview! Best - David

I really appreciate the information on how to use LinkedIn more effectively. Although I'm listed there, I will now go back and update my info and put several of Chuck's suggestions into action. Great interview! Thank you, Debbie Petras

Good vide on on how to use LinkedIn more effectively. A later adopter to social networking, but finding that it can be a useful tool to connect with people. Good interview.
