In the ever-changing world of social media, we’ve seen many trends come and go. One that doesn’t seem to be going anywhere anytime soon is taking (and sharing) photos of what you eat.

Millennials are the biggest culprit, with 49 percent of young people ages 18 to 32 saying they text and tweet while they eat. Whether you’re passing the time on social sites, seeking out recipes, or photographing and sharing the food you’re eating, multitasking at the table is in.
