Meet Facebook’s $30 million woman

When we think of the people at Facebook names like Mark Zuckerberg, Sean Parker, Peter Thiel, and Eduardo Savarin come to mind.

After all, these guys were immortalized in the film “The Social Network.”

However, the company's highest paid employee is not part of this boy’s club. It’s Sheryl Sandberg, the COO, and she’s no less a force that the men who received all of the attention thanks to last year’s Facebook movie

According to Yahoo’s Shine blog, Sandberg earned more than $30 million in salary and stock options last year. She's often described as the "grownup in the room" at Facebook, a firm with young people and a "young" corporate culture.
