American Airlines flight attendant posts mocking videos of his employer

By Susan Young | Posted: February 14, 2012
Longtime American Airlines employee Gailen David of Miami has posted a series of videos mocking his employer.

The Huffington Post reports that David “dresses up as a woman and pretends to be a female executive discussing budget cuts and even reads a letter to the camera written by an actual executive.”

This may sound like a skit from "Saturday Night Live," but top execs demanded David attend a disciplinary hearing last week. No surprise that David was a no-show. He maintains his colleagues are enjoying the videos and he has no intention of taking them down.

Company spokesman Bruce Hicks argues: "While we recognize our employees' right to express their viewpoints, we have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to attacking or harassing other employees."

See the video below and check out David's profile as a professional speaker and trainer on airline etiquette. Then let us know if you think the airline maven should be fired or applauded.
