Associate product manager for New Balance

By Alan Pearcy | Posted: July 24, 2012
Pajama pants.

Zipper-hoodie.

Vintage graphic-tee.

Flip-flops.

Despite our eternal desires for comfort, social norms dictate that—sadly—what we wear to work matters. Well, unless you telecommute. In that case, why even wear pants?!

And while the complete head-to-toe package might be even more crucial for applicants still interviewing for a job, I imagine candidates might get away with rockin’ some fresher kicks if they're interviewing to be New Balance's associate product manager, a post that helps its “Lifestyle” marketing team assess the competition and trends to better position the brand and its merchandise.

Whatever you do, leave the Nikes at home.
