When I was in college, I had a hard time deciding on a concentration within my major. Or was it that I just had a hard time concentrating?
I digress.
I knew I wanted to do something in the realm of communications, but I was torn between a creative passion for advertising and PR, and a love for writing and journalism.
Fast-forward an undisclosed amount of years and I've got both sides covered as associate editor at
PR Daily (writing about advertising and PR). My career started as an editorial assistant, a role that could lead to a similar path for the person who lands the gig with Crain’s
Advertising Age.
The trade publication is looking for an
editorial assistant to aid in prepping content for press while assisting readers as well as its marketing and public relations teams.
So, my fellow indecisive communicators, I urge you not be indecisive with it comes to applying. Learn more about doing so
here.
