Black History Month might technically be confined to the 28 days of February—29 if it’s lucky enough to be a leap year—but what about the other 11 months out of the year?
McDonald’s is addressing it with the 365black
initiative, an effort from the fast food chain to honor and celebrate the rich and diverse African American culture throughout the entire year.
To help McDonald's on the endeavor, global agency The Marketing Store
is looking to hire an equally diverse group of highly-motivated, self-directed students to serve as brand ambassadors
for the project, attending events, conducting community interviews, and generating buzz through contributed articles, videos, and photos from throughout the program.
