There are few frozen-food items more satisfying than the chicken nugget—that is, unless they contain small pieces of plastic.
Applegate Farms recently recalled 4,500 pounds of chicken nuggets after people discovered plastic in the product.
The recall affects eight-ounce packages shipped to Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New York and Texas. The packages have a
best-before date of 09/27/2016 and the inspection number P-2617.
