Picture this.
You’re shopping alone and not sure if that romper you’re trying on is cute—or maybe a little much for your summer look.
What do you do? Phone a friend? Text a pic to your sis?
Not at London’s Westfield shopping center.
Last week, the center unveiled a Twitter mirror, in which shoppers can upload pictures of outfits to Facebook and Twitter and receive instant feedback from their friends and followers. They can also email pictures to friends.
If shoppers decide not to buy the item, a picture is emailed to them with a link to the brand’s website, according to
Brand Republic.
The mirror has a digital camera with built-in Web connection, reports
Brand Republic.
This isn’t the first time a retailer has offered a Twitter mirror.
Nedap, the company behind the mirrors, introduced them at WE, a store in The Netherlands.
