29 percent of millennials say social media freedom trumps salary

Your company’s social media policy could be affecting its ability to attract young workers.

Recent studies reveals that social media and technology freedoms factor in their early career decisions. For example, 29 percent of college students said they would prioritize social media freedom and device flexibility over salary.

While the degree to which social media stringency varies across the globe, it’s a common “key factor” in job acceptance decisions.
