Omnicom Group, parent company of PR firms Porter Novelli, Fleishman-Hillard and Ketchum, is reporting another round of strong earnings.
The company’s net income for the third quarter of 2011 increased 16.7 percent to $203.7 million, from $174.6 million in the third quarter of 2010. International revenues increased 22 percent to $1.68 billion, while U.S. revenues of $1.7 billion marked a 5.3 percent increase.
“Geographically all of our major markets experienced solid organic growth,” John Wren, chief executive told Financial Times
. “This performance is particularly notable given the worsening of economic and capital market conditions since our last earnings call.”
