Her intro states:

“I am an ex-Hostess of the controversial Heart Attack Grill. If you aren’t familiar it’s the restaurant located in Downtown Vegas who is known for their 9000 calorie Quadruple Bypass Burger, Butterfat Milkshakes, and the infamous “if you weigh 350 pounds you eat for free” gimmick. It looks as though her comments have since been deleted, along with her account. But The Huffington Post has some highlights, including a story about being told to record video of a passed-out customer so “they could send it to the media.”

Heart Attack Grill’s founder, Jon Basso, told HuffPo that the young lady in question “had a pathetic work ethic, never made friends with her co-workers, and was continually reprimanded for cell texting friends, and we received continual costumer compliant [sic] about her poor attitude.”
