Jennifer Livingston has become an Internet folk hero.

After receiving an email from a viewer essentially telling the La Crosse, Wisc., TV anchor that she was “too fat,” Livingston took a few minutes from her show to address the hurtful comments, as well as other bullies, straight on.

The video has gone viral, with countless Twitter members throwing their support behind Livingston. And it’s just in time for October, which is Anti-Bullying Month.
