Yeah, that social media girl decided to take a (horrors!) vacation. Recently, the Pizza Hut “tweeter” went on vacation and left six whole days of unanswered tweets — much to the disappointment of its fans. Bottom line: Companies should have a back-up social media person lined up. — Claire Celsi
