Brands and agencies looking for social media interns are apparently trying to one-up each other in their creative searches. (Remember the GIF internship challenge
The latest is Nivea, which is asking candidates to take their #INTERNGRAM challenge for “the opportunity of a lifetime.”
That “lifetime opportunity” is a six-month internship where they’ll work closely with Nivea’s digital partner, AKQA.
starts with candidates choosing one of three options:
… a) express your creativity, b) show us your confidence or c) prove your pace. How? Take a photo or make a video that brings your chosen challenge – and your skills—to life.
Just hashtag your creativity with #INTERNGRAM and #NIVEA and, voila! You get an internship if your creativity is more creative than other creatives’ creativity.

No word on whether candidates without clear skin will be considered.
