Pope Benedict asked Catholics to embrace social media, and the people have responded—even taking it one step further.
The Roman Catholic Church now has an app—believed to be approved by church authorities, reports Reuters—which walks people through the holy sacrament of confession.
And the move makes sense. Last year, the pope delivered a message that the Church should emphasize a greater presence in the digital world. If the new app is any indication, we'd say iPad communion is next.
