The King of Shaves, the U.K.’s second most popular razor for men, has created a viral video based on the Oscar-winning movie The King’s Speech

, the video has racked up thousands of hits on YouTube and was trending on Twitter—not bad for a video shot on budget in just five hours at a studio in London.
Company founder Will King (who is featured in the video) said:
“Our parody is an example of how King of Shaves thinks differently to our rivals, using our marketing spend in a fun and more creative way. Working with Tiger Savage [founder] of Tiger’s Eye, we came up with this idea following the massive success of the film and the obvious link—that we’re both Kings! I’m not sure I’ll win any awards for my role in this ad, though!”
