You might consider such language oversights even more reprehensible when they’re at the expense of a company’s otherwise standup reputation.

Take Habitat for Humanity, for example. As an organization that does so much good on the behalf of those in need, it’d be a shame to see its name tarnished by a misplaced comma or poorly worded sentence.

That must be why the nonprofit is hiring an editing and proofreading manager to build some consistency among its internal and external publications in print and online.
