Cities around the world are celebrating the 448th birthday of William Shakespeare on Monday, Apr. 23. In Chicago, for example, Mayor Rahm Emanuel declared Apr. 23 "Talk Like Shakespeare Day," in which "all citizens are encouraged to express themselves through the incorporation of Shakespearean language and dialect."
