As you sit high above the water, the pool rats line the edges of the cement pond, their beady little pupils piercing you as they wait for the longest 15 minutes of their young lives to pass.

But mature folks deserve their time in the water, too, so Turner Broadcasting is hiring a publicist to keep a watchful eye over its highly entertaining version of Adult Swim—the cable television network.
