Chicago Transit Authority’s Twitter Q-and-A goes off the rails

To answer questions about its much-maligned Ventra payment system, the CTA started the #AskVentra hashtag. It got about 100 serious questions and many, many others that were not so nice.

Before the Q-and-A even officially started, the joke tweets—some with a lot of anger behind them—started rolling in.
