Belgian newspaper apologizes for publishing image of Obamas as apes
The image was part of a satirical section of the newspaper De Morgen, and was presented as having been submitted by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Obama’s visit to Europe is focused on tightening sanctions on Russia after the country moved to annex Crimea. De Morgen published an apology for the article Monday calling the photos a “tasteless joke.”
