Before moving on from Facebook news, it appears the social network was nonplussed with Yahoo after it accused the social network of patent infringement last month. Not to be outdone, Facebook is now countering with similar accusations.

Meanwhile, present-day social media darling Pinterest is already seeing a shift at the top. TechCrunch confirms that co-founder Paul Sciarra is leaving the company, officially pinning co-founder Ben Silbermann with the title of CEO.
