Bryn Chighizola, Ph.D. is the Director of Organizational Research at Korn Ferry. At Korn Ferry, she works within the Institute supporting organizational research and IP development efforts. Drawing from her deep expertise in I-O Psychology and over 15 years of consulting experience enables her to enter partnerships that lead to discovering, understanding and creating effective solutions to organizational needs. This process is supported by drawing on key narratives and research coupled with data-driven evidence and measures of progress. Prior to Korn Ferry, she worked with a variety of consulting companies engaging in projects focused on environmental sustainability, organizational development, data analytics and conducting primary research. Additionally, during her early career, she had the opportunity to work for an educational research, evaluation and consulting firm for ten years. Engaging with a diverse body of education-focused organizations, from individual schools to The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, reinforced the power of creating organizational narratives and solutions that integrate the “what” (quantitative data) and the “why” (qualitative data). She holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and active membership in the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
