Claire Haggard

Claire Haggard has more than a decade of experience in manufacturing, where she grew deep roots in lean concepts and continuous improvement. As she worked her way up, earning titles like TPM Queen (Total Productive Maintenance), it was in her role as manufacturing system manager at Wabash National that she realized that harnessing the power of engagement is the fastest way to realize business results. Wabash National recently appointed her manager of people engagement, a role in which she works to connect more than 7,000 employees at 19 manufacturing facilities worldwide.
