Janet M. Stovall

Janet M. Stovall, manager of executive communications at UPS, is the primary speechwriter for the CEO and senior management. Before UPS, Stovall founded and ran The Point Communications, a marketing communications and PR consultancy. For more than 20 years, she developed, implemented and managed marketing strategies and executive positioning projects for leading U.S. companies. As one of the few Fortune 500 executive speechwriters of color, Stovall is uniquely adept at developing diversity and inclusion messages. Her TED talk on the subject was viewed more than one million times in the first four months. Her work has garnered numerous awards.
