Jill Conway (McDowell) is the Founder of Powerful Women USA and host/creator of the FOLIO Award-winning podcast Secrets of Powerful Women, the go-to platform for women leaders,
entrepreneurs, and changemakers.

A former New York TV News Reporter and Anchor for 20 years for News 12 Long Island and Ch 11 in NYC, Jill covered defining moments in history, including 9/11, TWA Flight 800, and Papal visits, daily breaking news and crime. She also served as press secretary for a New York State Senator, honing her skills in communications, messaging, and media strategy.

Today, Jill combines her broadcast expertise and public affairs background with a decade of experience as a real estate consultant and media personality.

Through her speaking, podcast, and leadership network and media coaching, Jill continues her mission to inspire confidence, amplify women’s voices, and empower them to lead boldly in every chapter of life.
