Josh Luebke

Joshua Luebke leads Microsoft’s executive advocacy efforts, shaping the social presence of the company’s most visible leaders. He drives strategies that amplify executive voices during key moments, align daily publishing with brand priorities, and measure business impact across the company. As the architect of Microsoft’s Executive Social program, he has established governance, policy, reporting benchmarks and supplier partnerships that enable secure, authentic and effective executive online engagement. His work also integrates executive social into broader communications strategies, spanning employee advocacy, paid media and AI experimentation. Joshua is also a continual learner, constantly exploring new ways of doing things with AI and seeking to understand the shifting dynamics of influence.
