Krystele Chavez

Krystele Chavez is a dynamic communications leader whose work sits at the intersection of strategy, culture and human connection. She leads enterprise-wide HR and Inclusion communications at First Citizens Bank, a Fortune 500™ financial institution with over $200 billion in assets, where she informs, engages and inspires a global workforce of 18,000 team members. Chavez is a trusted strategic partner known for designing and delivering communication strategies that drive engagement, demystify complex topics and strengthen organizational alignment, especially during times of significant change.

 A passionate advocate for storytelling as a tool for positive change, Chavez also serves on the board of People of Grace International Foundation, a nonprofit committed to alleviating poverty by expanding access to quality education for underserved children and families across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Chavez is an alumna of Simon Fraser University and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two sons.
