Victoria Earle focuses on employee engagement and communications at City Storage Systems, the parent company of CloudKitchens, Otter, Picnic, Lab37 and ProFood — a mix of real estate, software and robotics.

Earle focuses on creating a sense of belonging, building connection, and experimenting with new ways to communicate with and between employees — whether it's creating a secret careers website, hosting "Hot Ones"-style events, or building an AI Slackbot in-house.

Previously, Earle led employer brand and talent marketing teams at Uber, GE, EPAM, Commonwealth Bank and Deloitte. Her career's taken her from London to Sydney, San Francisco and now Southern California — by way of India, China, South Africa, Nigeria, Russia and other adventures along the way — giving her a global perspective on how to attract, engage and celebrate the people who power great companies.
