Begin considering how to incorporate DE&I into your overall strategy. DE&I is typically seen as an internal issue, but external stakeholders are increasingly interested in these topics as well. They want to support businesses and organizations that employ and support people like them. As a PR professional, it’s important to implement effective DE&I communications programs that communicate your values and priorities both internally and externally.
