Another celebrity is apologizing for remarks he made in reference to 9/11. Mark Wahlberg—you know, Marky Mark, who once collaborated with the Funky Bunch—is in hot water after claiming he would have thwarted the terrorists on one of the jets that slammed into the World Trade Center. Walhberg was scheduled to be on one of the flights. He has since apologized for the “irresponsible” suggestion.

Alas, mistakes happen. Just ask the editors of The Oregonian, where a typo was front-page news—because that’s where it appeared.

Users unhappy with Facebook’s incessant redesigns might see its Timeline as a mistake, but that hasn’t stopped the social network from announcing the immediate integration of 60 various apps—including Pinterest, eBay, and Foursquare—with more still to come.
