Advanced Brand Journalism Workshop

How to build and run a newsroom in your organization

All good things must evolve, which is why Ragan Communications is proud to announce the next stage of its popular Brand Journalism Workshop Series—Advanced Brand Journalism: How to build and run a newsroom in your organization

Veteran journalist, editor and Ragan Consulting co-founder Jim Ylisela will take you through the same steps he takes with brand journalism clients, with abundant examples from their work to guide your way. Come prepared to plot your strategy and lay out your new editorial process in this highly interactive workshop.

You'll learn how to:

  • Win buy-in from the boss by writing the business case for employing brand journalism in your organization
  • Replace the silos in your comms department with a structured newsroom, complete with a brand journalism org chart
  • Create an editorial process that develops the right content in the right channel to the right audiences
  • Eliminate random posting, content chaos and an uneven publishing schedule—especially for your social media channels!
