10 jargon words that must die in 2011

This week, Advertising Age released its annual “Book of Tens” issue, which is filled with yearend lists on the marketing industry. Here’s one that hits closest to home — jargon. Ad Age listed the year’s top  10 examples of jargon — words that need to go in the new year. Here’s one: “the new normal.” Let’s hope it isn’t.
