100 things restaurant staffers should never do

The author of this post, Bruce Buschel, is opening a seafood restaurant. So, he developed this list for his staff, but as you might imagine many of the things “staffers should never do” transcend the restaurant business. For instance, “Do not interrupt a conversation. For any reason. Especially not to recite specials. Wait for the right moment.” Someone could spin that into a pretty smart lesson about social media engagement.
