Benefits and perks are playing an increased role in what attracts potential employees to an organization.
According to a recent Glassdoor survey, 57 percent of respondents ranked benefits and perks among their top considerations before accepting a job.
Many employers offer more than just run-of-the-mill benefits to meet this demand. Although perks like an on-site fitness facility, flexible work schedule and free lunches are attractive, organizations such as Netflix have stepped up their game to entice talent.
Netflix—which has no shortage of open PR and marketing positions—is No. 1 on Glassdoor’s ” Top 20 Employee Benefits and Perks” list.
