Applegate recalls 4,500 pounds of chicken nuggets
The company posted instructions for consumers on its website, Facebook page and Twitter account. Its social media team has been answering individual questions.

Applegate Farms recently recalled 4,500 pounds of chicken nuggets after people discovered plastic in the product.
The recall affects eight-ounce packages shipped to Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New York and Texas. The packages have a best-before date of 09/27/2016 and the inspection number P-2617.
