Bosses think they should know what employees are doing on social networks

If you’re checking Facebook and sending tweets from work then chances are your boss thinks he or she deserves to know what you’re doing online. A new survey by Deloitte found that a majority of business executives believe they have a right to know what their employees are doing on social networking sites. As you might imagine, a majority of employees disagreed.
