Burger King offers marketing follow-up to colorful buns

After brand managers launched Halloween-themed Whopper buns in Oct., they’re focusing on a new theme, and a new color. Consumers are curious already.

It’s been five months since Burger King introduced its now-infamous black Halloween Whopper bun.

Due to what a BK spokesman called a “great success,” the fast-food chain is offering an encore; meet the red-bunned Angriest Whopper:

Burger King’s marketing team drummed up so much conversation around its black bun Halloween burger that it decided to re-up.
