College newspaper’s online editor fired over tweets
The school’s football team refused to play a huge game because of poor team facilities. The editor reported it, and paid for it, though he appears to have his job back now.
He tweeted pics of the team facilities, which featured what appeared to be mold, degraded equipment and general blight. According to several reports, Lankster was fired for posting these photos:
