Crayola warns consumers against using colored pencils as eyeliner
After beauty bloggers suggested using the pencils for a new use, the brand issued a statement that its products haven’t been tested as makeup.

People have been following in the footsteps of beauty bloggers and Pinterest users by blunting the company’s colored pencils to use them for applying eyeliner.
Crayola says their products are safe, but they haven’t been tested for that purpose. Therefore, even though children might regularly ingest them, you shouldn’t use the colored pencils to draw on your eyes.
