Dell doubles its sales from Twitter to $6.5 million
In June, Dell turned heads with an announcement that it had generated $3 million in sales from Twitter. That number referred to activity in 2007 and 2008. In 2009, the company has earned another $3.5 million from sales thanks to Twitter. At the same time, the number of Dell employees using Twitter worldwide is somewhere between 100 and 200, according to Brand Republic .
