Edelman tops list of global PR firms
The agency retains its place on the annual rankings from The Holmes Report, widening the revenue gap over its industry competitors.

Edelman tops the chart again, and it widened its lead this year. It grew by 8.2 percent and had a fee income of $665.6 million. That’s about $37 million more in billings than the No. 2 agency, Weber Shandwick.
Each agency in the top 10 except one—Hill+Knowlton Strategies—grew by at least 1 percent in 2012. In general, the list shows PR is a growing industry. Only about 40 of the 250 agencies included in the Holmes list posted a decline for the year.
