El Pollo Loco, a competitor to KFC, gets aggressive with online campaign
El Pollo Loco, a chain of 418 grilled-chicken restaurants concentrated in the Southwest, has picked a fight with industry giant KFC. Last month, the company called for a taste test between the two chicken chains and set up a 1-800 number for customers to call in with their testimonials.
