Gather online brand mentions with ‘Places’ app

Social media pros can now aggregate shared comments, pictures, and other online tidbits about their organizations through Moment.me’s new mobile service.

With all the various social media platforms out there today, it would be nice to see an easy-to-use aggregator that pulls in all the different sources.

A new social media tool from the startup Moment.me does exactly that. It’s called places, and it’s a location-based aggregator that pulls in public facing photos and text from social sites like Twitter and Instagram, among others.

The implication for businesses is that they’ll be able to see, in real time, exactly what people are saying about their business and how they’re interacting in real time.
