Google goes emoji

Try plugging an emoji in the next time you tweet at Google. The result will surprise you—at least that’s what exes are hoping. Here are details.

Simply tweet an emoji and use the @Google handle to mention the company, and you’ll receive listings for nearby locations and searches that are relevant to the emoji you use.

For example, tweet the hamburger emoji and mention @Google on Twitter, and it will send you a list of nearby restaurants that serve hamburgers.
