Google takes the top spot when it comes to consumer brand perception, according to FutureBrand’s latest rankings.
The list ranks the top 100 companies in terms of perception strength. FutureBrand compiled the data from 3,000 consumers (the study refers to the respondents as “the informed public”) that ranked the companies across 18 attributes.
Google held the top spot for the second year in a row, and a few companies jumped into the top ten for the first time, including AbbVie, Gilead, Celgene and SAB Miller. Apple, Microsoft and The Walt Disney Co. held onto high rankings.
