Greenpeace files lawsuit against Ketchum PR—again
The nonprofit has re-filed a lawsuit accusing Ketchum (and three other companies) of illegally obtaining information about the organization.
Last month, a federal court threw out a lawsuit accusing the four companies of unlawfully obtaining information about Greenpeace from 1998 to 2000. But Greenpeace has re-filed.
Mark Floegel, senior investigator in Greenpeace USA’s research division, told PR Week that his organization aims “to expose these folks for what they’ve done and re-level the playing field.”
